This project in Stourbridge involved the early stages of a substantial rear kitchen extension designed to completely transform the way the homeowners use their property.
The build focused on creating a much larger open-plan living area by extending across the rear of the home and opening up the existing structure to create a seamless connection between the original property and the new extension space.
As these build-stage images show, significant structural work was required, including extensive excavation works, new foundations, structural steel installation, and the removal of large sections of the original rear wall to create a bright, open layout ready for the next phase of the project.
